Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Općina Ražanac

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easily accessible. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on holiday, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!

Beautiful country house in the Mediterranean style and large plot, directly by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hikes, bike tours or to swim in the sea. Simply great!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

We have just had a wonderful stay here. Absolutely beautiful villa. Amazing pool. Every convenience provided from televisions in every bedroom and ensuite bathrooms, two an espresso coffee machine and icemaker. Ivana was incredibly responsive and helpful. Beautiful location with lots to do in Zadar and endless beautiful sunshine . Thoroughly recommend

We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. Great well equipped apartment. Very good kitchen, table, nice terrace, washing machine. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our vacation was great. Jovici is a small town but it is convenient location for visiting Zadar, Pag, Nin and many beaches. For some reason, Airbnb is showing the wrong location of the apartment. It's good that Jovici's neighbors are very friendly, always ready to help:)) It's necessary to look for Apartmani Ante directly on Google maps.

Antonio’s place is well equiped, clean and tidy. You will find here everything you need. Location is perfect if you are planing to visit Pag and Zadar. Not far away by car you will find many beautiful beaches. Great choice to stay here 100% recommend.

Great location, 5 min to the beach on foot, on the beach few people bar,ice cream water equipment rental. in the house furniture a little old but you don't come there to see them. Overall, I recommend and would go there a second time.

Really beautiful place to stay. Nice small pool for keeping cool and a nice shady outdoor area to eat. Bbq area really cool too. Lots of wildlife and nature nearby. It really is a peaceful private area. We walked into Zadar most days. Uber or Bolt doesn’t recognize the address so you have to get it to Berekin just a short walk away (but bear this in mind coming back with shopping). There is a short walk to small supermarket, bakery, green grocers, and a really nice pizzeria “Fragola”. Great host too.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would stay here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Lovely stay. Villa Coralis offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay with friends. The pool was just great. Each room offers bath and shower. Flat screen was just huge and also a PlayStation was there. What else do you need 😎👌

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)
