Balcony in west-facing position with dining area and evening sun. Toilet in the house. Shower and washing machine in a separate house next door that is shared with the host. Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 m to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week's stay. Cleaning is not included!

Cottage close to nature on Öland!

Cottage on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 6 sleeping places, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to the beach. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping centers, restaurants and a large ICA store are located. 4 km to Ölandsbron. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring a bath towel and your own bed linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of SEK 800!

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Simple standard, fresh and cozy. Timmernabben - the pearl on the east coast where you will find a smokehouse with restaurant and shop, candy factory, paddle tennis, mini golf, beach café, beaches and good fishing waters. Explore all the small forest paths in the surroundings and enjoy the nature. Excursion distance to Kalmar and Öland.

At the back of the house, there is a private, secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to the ferry port and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet, a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. Situated in the centre of the beautiful coast village Djupvik on Öland, on the stone coastline "Stenkusten". The house is 250 metres from the sea. Unique location. Birders paradise. Sandvik, 7 km north. Borgholm 20 km south. The house is built for visits during the whole year. It has all amenities you could ask for, including a fire place, wifi, tv, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine etc. Secluded and large garden. Note, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
