Pool house right next to the family's house. Entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and stove. Bathroom with floor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels with the ability to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We take care of the cleaning after your visit. Centrally located, just 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. The pool is suitable for swimming/heated in July/August.

Nice house 50 sqm on its own plot in a quiet and beautiful area with beautiful nature trails. 4 km to the nearest grocery store and restaurant. 6 km to the shopping center Ölands Köpstad, several nice sandy beaches, restaurants, art, culture and Öland's zoo and amusement park. 15 km to Kalmar. Easy to get to Borgholm Castle Ruins, Royal Solliden, Borgholm, Köpingsvik, Ottenby with bird station. In the area there are 2 tennis courts, football pitch, playground, pool, children's pool and kiosk during the high season.

Here you can hang out with loved ones in this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for wonderful outdoor activities. This nice cottage is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and beautiful nature. The evenings offer fantastic sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. To Sandvik with, among other things, the year-round open shop, it is barely a mile. The rent also includes the possibility to charge your electric car.

Welcome to our picturesque cottage located in the quiet and scenic Hörninge! Here is a perfect retreat for those seeking peaceful relaxation, nature experiences and proximity to the beach. The cottage is located on the same property as the main residence. Modern accommodation from 2022. Quiet, peaceful area with nice cycling and hiking trails. Only 2 km to the beach. Lovely pool area on the property that you have the opportunity to use. Bicycles are available for rent and are returned in the same condition.

Apartment at Snäckstrand, beautiful Öland.

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. HDTV, Apple TV for streaming. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

Here is offered a house with a large garden where you can enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to a restaurant, 2.2 km to the sea where in summer there is a campsite with a small shop and restaurant. The nearest community where there are larger shops, pharmacies, etc. is about 17 km from the accommodation. If you want a little more shops and restaurants, it is located at a distance of about 30 km.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Here you live comfortably and can be several families. There is a possibility to increase the accommodation with an additional five places in the guest house on the property. You have access to several bicycles that easily take you to the beach and shops, but also to Borgholm.

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with a 20-minute walk to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and a beach. With about a 15-20 minute drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer from mid-May to September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
