In the courtyard there is a shared sun deck with pool and Jacuzzi. From the apartment it is 100 meters to the nice beach. To the apartment belongs to a glazed outdoor space and a patio. You have walking and biking distance to Borgholm. Free parking included. OBS! During low season (1 September-30 April) poll and jacuzzi cannot be used.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Här kan ni umgås med nära och kära på detta familjevänliga ställe mellan Borgholm och Löttorp. Ni har tillgång till en stor tomt för härliga aktiviteter utomhus. Den här fina stugan ligger på cykelavstånd till Djupvik med ljuvliga bad och fin natur. Kvällarna bjuder på fantastisk solnedgång över vårt vackra Kalmarsund. Djupvik bjuder även på en fin restaurang. Till Sandvik med bland annat året-runt-öppen butik är det knappt en mil. I hyran finns även möjlighet att ladda er el-bil.
