Cottage on a property with a quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (at Paradisverkstaden) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, top bunk 140 cm and bottom 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wi-Fi. Bathroom with washer/dryer. Buses go to Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bicycle ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in summer. Duvets and pillows are available, but not bed linens/towels. Smoking is not allowed. No animals.

Just over 15 minutes outside Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and about 30 minutes from the coastal town of Västervik, you will find this place with its own garden and beach (shared with the host). The view of the lake creates conditions for wonderful nature experiences - all year round! In winter, lovely fires warm you and in summer, the lake cools you! With a canoe (rented by the host), you can experience Kalmar County's largest lake with only the sound of the paddles heard and have the opportunity to see protected animals, ranging from sea eagles to otters.

Welcome to rent our house on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The house is located right by the sea and has a large garden with a patio. The house is divided, the host couple live in another part. The house offers three separate bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, a living room and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini-market and several ice cream parlors. You can take a short walk to buy eggs or locally produced apple cider directly from the neighboring farmer, visit cows, horses, chickens and watch deer. A charming Attefallshus in the heart of Västervik that offers you hotel feel. 4-5 minutes hiking and you are right in the middle of beautiful Västervik. In a few minutes you reach Gamlebyviken for a lovely morning walk. A newly built small house of 25m2 with bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. Open-plan with double bed. Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Traditional country house facing the River "Emån" known for its excellent fishing. Evening sun on the outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A place to read and relax or try the cayac on the river. The river is shallow, about 1 meter deep and swimming is ok, also it is 3 km to övrasjön for a nice beach. Lazy days strolling in the forest picking lingonberries, mushrooms or blueberries or relaxing in the hammock, you decide. 139 types of birds has been seen here!

Modern cottage with panoramic views of Karlskrona archipelago located about 10 meters from the sea. Bed linens and towels are included, beds are made and ready when you arrive. Access to a child-friendly beach shared with the host family. The accommodation is suitable for families of up to 4 people. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
