Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with combined washing/drying machine.Bussar goes into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but no bedding Smoking is not allowed. No animals.

A nice place to stay in Rimforsa near lake Åsunden and Järnlunden where it is nice to swim, canoe and fish. We have a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, patio with barbecue and a sofa bed in case one or two want to come along. Shop, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance. Activities: Hike, boat, tennis, paddle, viewpoints, rock climbing, caves, MTB facility, ice skating(winter), canoeing, biking and fishing. Bikes and canoe are available to borrow.

Here you live next to the Stenberga Butiken where you can enjoy coffee, tea or ice cream and get all the groceries you need. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings.
