Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalmar County

A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

Cozy little accommodation with everything you need, at a very good price!

We stayed due to IronMan and so were hardly there but Mårten and his wife were very helpful. Nothing was too much effort and no question left unanswered. Thank you so much

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

Lovely spot with an easy walk to town.

We very much enjoyed staying at Knösö Udde. The apartment was as described, comfortable and easy to live in. The outside choices of seating were also excellent, as was the easy access to Gro and Pierre's jetty for swimming. Communication was great, both via messaging and in person and both were always ready to help. The kitchen was well-equipped and suitable for a wide range of cooking and even had a properly sharp knife (a real rarity in self-catering accommodation. The area offered lots to do and see and was worthy of a much longer stay. The adjacent Knösö Naturreservat was a real gem, with some glorious nooks and crannies and a variety of differing vegetation zones in a relatively small and easily walked area. Karlskrona also looked fascinating but the weather wasn't in favour of strolling and exploring. Access to shopping not only essentials, but a wide range of goods, was very easy, not walkable, but just a few minutes drive. Highly recommended all round!

Very nice and quiet place, a unique living. Fantastic for the construction and history buffs. Well located with proximity to all of Öland. Lovely with local producers who sold vegetables, eggs, etc. Right next to the property. Clear instructions and nice treatment, easy to connect with the host. Recommend to stay here.

French couple with our two teens 🇫🇷 Nice house with all the comforts you could want. Castle views. Very cozy exterior and veranda. The pluses! Sauna and especially the zebra club… to be discovered, I won't say more. 😉 We had a lovely long weekend! 🇸🇪 Everything can be reached on foot. King's summer castle, fortified castle and baim. We are extremely happy with the stay at Camilla and Patrik’s house. They are nice and fun! The house has chicken, dog and sheep nearby which our daughter enjoyed. It also has a hot tub and nice patio that adults enjoyed. The bed is nice, the kitchen is fantastic. The only thing to call out is that the narrow staircase is a bit tricky for our two-year old daughter to walk down. So we decided to bath the kids outdoor instead. That was kind of fun too! Overall, I feel it was a fantastic place to relax. We would definitely recommend the place and would be happy to stay at the property again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Camilla and Patrik!

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

Very cozy cabin in stunning surroundings. First-class information and quick answers to questions. We are incredibly impressed with the whole experience!

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

Nice and newly renovated apartment with everything you need. A nice balcony where we enjoyed the evening sun. Close and easy to go by bus into town and buses running late at night. We were a group of girls of three and this was perfect accommodation for us.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

Excellent place. We were in the car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

Excellent if you are looking for peace and quiet. But at the same time close to different activities.

Great room. Everything was available that you could need. David was very nice, nice service and responded quickly to messages. Perfect with walking distance into the city center (max 30 min). Nice walking path close to the water. Quiet area. I would love to stay there again.
