Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Lovely patio with pool (closed for the season, opens in April-May 2026 depending on the weather), peace and quiet with proximity to the city environment, about 14 km to Oskarshamn. Swimming area within walking distance (about 1000 meters) Open floor plan where you can socialize even while cooking. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with bunk bed and an alcove in the common area with bunk bed. Fiber and AC are available. Fenced yard for dogs (or small children). Dog house with dog yards available. Large parking area outside the house

Hut in pastoral idyll

Newly renovated house with pure natural materials in traditional style. The cottage is connected to a larger house that has been a farm, along an Öland village street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.

Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Freshly built (2023) vacation home with its own bathing jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

There is a possibility to increase the accommodation with an additional five places in the guest house on the property. You have access to several bicycles that easily take you to the beach and shops, but also to Borgholm.
