Cozy house on south-facing Oknö

Nice house with large south-facing garden plot on fantastic Oknö! The sea is in walking distance, just a few minutes walk from the house. On Oknö there are several lovely beaches and the opportunity for good fishing. On the island there are also campsites, restaurants as well as ice cream kiosk. The house has a bright open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a lovely glassed-in patio with exit to the garden. The kitchen is fresh with a pleasant dining area. On the property, there is also a greenhouse with garden furniture, as well as a playhouse for the children.

Nice house with 200 meters to the sea.

A bright and fresh holiday home in quiet Bredingestrand. The cottage area has its own private swimming area! Several nice beaches are available to visit in the neighborhood. The house has a cozy porch with grill and evening sun. There is also dining table outside in the garden, amenities like WiFi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach the South Island's rich selection of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi is available.

Torp in country idyll

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Nice summer cottage in Djupvik

A nice place to stay in the middle of the place Djupvik located along the coastal road between Äleklinta and Sandvik. Djupvik is located 20 km north of Borgholm and from the house it is about 600 meters to the beach, 7.5 km to the community Sandvik where the nearest grocery store is. The accommodation consists of a living room, one kitchen, one bathroom two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a small guesthouse on the property with two bunk beds..

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside of Öland

The guest house is about 27m3 and has a sleeping loft that is 16 cm. I'm 170 cm long and you can see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The sofa is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we're proud of the cool details we came up with. We simply love the house.
