Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

For us, food and family are a priority and therefore the house has generous and welcoming social areas outdoors as well as indoors. With beautiful surroundings, proximity to Borgholm, exciting excursion destinations and the charming Djupvik, the place is both unique and incredibly easy to fall in love with.

Welcome to a cottage with lovely outdoor spaces. Enjoy the sea and the beautiful nature and proximity to Kalmar, Öland and Oskarshamn. There is a balcony with morning sun and a balcony to the west for nice barbecue evenings, evening coziness and nice sunsets over the sea and nature. Two properly sized bedrooms and a kitchen in between. Optimally, 4 people live here, but there are 8 beds if you are willing to stay a little more crowded. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and municipal water.

Lantligt belägen stuga i värdens stora trädgård med 5 bäddar. Ta med egna sängkläder, handdukar och mat. Gäster städar själv. 20 km till Kalmar, 2 km till Vitasand badstrand och lekplats. Luftigt och rustikt med gamla takbjälkar, renoverat 2021. Familjevänligt, matplats inne och ute med egen grill. Fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin m.m. Tvättmaskin i badrummet, torkställning inne, tvättlina ute. Braskamin och eldplats med fri tillgång till ved. Fri parkering, stå framför dörren på grusgången.

Close to the beach, cozy cottage in beautiful Bråbygden.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Huset är 54 kvm + sovloft och är trivsamt att bo i året runt. 1 rum och kök/allrum, 4+2 bäddar. Kyl, frys diskmaskin micro, ugn, vedeldad kamin och TV. Badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Möjlighet finns att hyra mindre rodd- / motorbåt, kanot och kajak.

Discover the unique and romantic off-grid home on Ingebo Lake. Self-sufficient with solar panels, its own water supply and toilet. Cook in the nature in the outdoor kitchen, take the rowing boat to the private island with swimming, barbecue and fishing opportunities. A lovely place for relaxation far from the nearest neighbor. The property has two bathing jetties, one on the island and one on the shore.
