The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. There are 2 terraces - one open in front, and one covered from the bedroom. There are bushes and trees that shield the whole house. In this lovely holiday town, you will find the most beautiful tranquility and nature. Spend your summer days with long walks on the beach and barbecue in the evening on the terrace.

Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours. Via the Wittower ferry, which is only 2 km away, you can also quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Wiek, Dranske or Glowe.

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 sqm garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. Your parking space is right outside the apartment door.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
