The approx. 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of Deutsche-Alleen-Straße), contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh-salt sea air. Lung patients and asthma sufferers have a special profit from the fresh sea air and feel particularly comfortable with us on the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.
