Ein kleines abgeschlossenes Einraum - Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt von Stralsund. Mit eigenem Eingang und integrierter kleiner Küche , einem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett. Selbstverständlich sind alle Räume einschließlich des Flures alleinig zu nutzen. Parkmöglichkeit auf Anfrage. Der Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Diese wären: Altstadt, Ozeaneum, Meeresmuseum, Hafen, Kirchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can reach the old market on foot in 5 minutes. At the same time, you're also in the pedestrian zone. There is a wide range of shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. You can also easily get your groceries there. In about 10 minutes you are right at the harbor of Stralsund. There is the famous Ozeaneum and a wonderful promenade that always leads along the water.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here.
