Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

Ob für Saisonarbeiter, Urlauber oder Städtereisende, unsere Einliegerwohnung in ruhiger & zentraler Lage bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

Die ruhige 56qm-Ferienwohnung mit Fussbodenheizung ist direkt an der Promenade gelegen, die zum Flanieren, Kaffee trinken und zu wundervollem Essen einlädt. Zum Leuchtturm bzw. Strand braucht man ca. 1 -2 min Fußweg. Das Feriendomizil mit einem modernem Bad und vollständiger Haushaltsausstattung bietet ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch für bis zu 4 Personen, ein Babybett kann bei Bedarf hinzugestellt werden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind inklusive.

Während Eures Aufenthaltes bei uns wohnt ihr in einem liebevoll restaurierten, großzügigen Bauwagen mit Terrasse und Gartenteil . Er ist auch für lange Aufenthalte eingerichtet. Im Winter wird mit Holz und Brikets geheizt und es wird schnell kuschelig warm. Fließend Kaltwasser gibts im Wagen nur in der frostfreien Zeit! Pferde können mitgebracht werden, 1 ha. Koppel direkt am Wagen. Badbereich und Sauna liegen 50m vom Haupthaus entfernt.

Diese helle, klimatisierte Wohnung mit großzügiger Südterrasse liegt im 2,5ten Stock und wird über Treppen erreicht. Die Einrichtung ist im skandinavischen Stil gehalten, mit Design-Möbeln, Trödel-Perlen und den originalen Dielenböden. Gitterbett und Hochstuhl stehen zur Verfügung. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal, die Wakenitz, Pizzeria, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt, Supermarkt und Bioladen.

Kleine, gemütliche Souterrain Wohnung mit separatem Eingang in einer Lübecker Altstadtvilla. Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kanaltrave. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wochenmarkt, Kino und Restaurants sind schnell erreicht. Die Altstadinsel ist über Spazierwege entlang der Trave fußläufig (genussvoll) zu erreichen. Über den Herrentunnel ist man schnell in Niendorf /Timmendorf oder Travemünde..
