Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.
