At the moment, however, the apartment is still used as a holiday apartment (it is still fully furnished and fully equipped). Since there is already another family living in the 2 family house, it is not a party apartment. The location between the main train station and the center is ideal for exploring Rostock's center on foot or taking the S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach.

Furthermore the port of Dömitz invites you to take a ship tour, to eat good food or just take a relaxing day at their beach with pool. There are a lot of good restaurants near by in differents little towns/villages. For a big shoppingtrip or cultural adventures you should go to Ludwigslust, Schwerin, Dannenberg or Lüneburg.
