Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

On the east coast of Öland, you will find the charming village of Runsten. Stay in a cozy farmhouse where there is room for the big family. At the back of the house, there is a private, secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to the ferry port and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet, a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

The cottage is located along the old railway, which is part of the Ölandsleden (nice walking and cycling path). Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
