Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on large plot of land with very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, as well as final cleaning.

Charming stone house in Grönhögen

Stone house from the 1800s that is fully equipped, shower and toilet. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, oven fridge with freezer compartment T V (not Wifi ), upstairs bedroom. Air heat pump. The cabin is located on our farm property. Patio with table & chairs, charcoal grill. Within the radius of 100 meters there is harbour, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, glass kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the lighthouse Långe Jan 7 km.

Island center with proximity to everything!

This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Lovely cottage with stunning lake view and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. The cottage is located right on the shore of Stora Sinnern, one of the few true spring lakes that are left untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located at the tip of a cape in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The lot is sunny all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, fireplace, and glassed-in porch. Swimming jetty just outside. It's a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a nature home by the lake in Småland!

Sandvik, 7 km north. Borgholm 20 km south. The house is built for visits during the whole year. It has all amenities you could ask for, including a fire place, wifi, tv, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine etc. Secluded and large garden. Fresh and newly renovated cottage in idyllic island nook, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and entertainment in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Air conditioning at extra cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Renovated charming farm house on Öland. The house is located on the east side of Öland in the village Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby swimming not more than a few kilometres away, as well as only 15km to the abutment and barely 30 kilometres to Kalmar make it suitable for many different day trips.
