Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Fresh bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Possibility to rent smaller rowing / motor boat, canoe and kayak.

Toilet with shower and washing machine. Equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher.

Du kan vandra ut på Alvaret frånTriberga. För den fågelintresserade finns Triberga Mosse beläget mitt i byn, och Ottenby Fågelstation ligger ca 30 km söderut.

Secluded cosy cottage with Öland seafront location

Fågelskådaren paradis med havet som fond! En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, alldeles vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and access to two extra beds in the comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. Bed linen, bed linen and towels are included. Own cozy patio with barbecue , dining area and comfortable reclining chairs. Full equipped kitchen.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
