Holiday rentals with a patio in Netherlands

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Das Wetter hat sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Joeke als Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

What a lovely place to spend mine and my partner’s first holiday together! The location was beautiful; so scenic and peaceful. The host was very attentive and welcoming! We had a wonderful time at this quaint, cosy apartment.

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Apartment! Das Apartment war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles, was man braucht, war da – perfekt zum Entspannen. We had a delightful 5 night stay at Diana's home. First, the apartment: It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would find in your own home (even a hairdryer!). The photos are accurate although they don't show how large the living room actually is and so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen was great with a large refrigerator/freezer and had gas cooking. Loved the shower for its' ample water pressure and spacious layout. The bed was very comfortable. The in unit washer and dryer were easy to operate. Ideally located: Around the corner from the subway and a couple of blocks from the tram. From Amsterdam airport the apartment is just a few stops south (3 or 4) on the M52 subway. We bought a multi-day unlimited GVB pass for the subway & trams. Super easy to buy online and use. Diana's place is in a very walkable area by the open air market, restaurants and museums. You must try the truffle pizza @ L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele around the corner. Book and Enjoy!!

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw! Heerlijk appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Heel gezellig en nog een leuke extra ruimte met bar en dartbord. De bedden lagen heerlijk, alles was schoon en met sfeer ingericht. We hebben het ontzettend naar onze zin gehad en een dagtrip naar Terschelling gedaan wat prima te doen was vanuit Arum.

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

We waren verrast door de grote van het huis. 3 grote slaapkamers, waar de gordijnen wel helaas veel licht doorlaten. Fijne ruime woonkamer en eettafel. We miste alleen wel wat spiegels. 1 spiegel op de badkamer voor in mijn na geval 6 vrouwen is echt te weinig. Had op de slaapkamers wel een spiegel mogen hangen. Maar prijstechnisch zeker heel interessant en een aanrader.

Mein Mann, unser fast dreijähriger Sohn und ich hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen, gemütlichen Haus. Die liebevolle und umfangreiche Einrichtung wurde für uns durch die Spielsachen und Ausstattung für Kinder (Rausfallschutz am Bett, Babyphone, Wickelkommode, Windeleimer etc) perfekt. Zwei Minuten entfernt liegen mehrere öffentliche Spielplätze, die für jedes Alter geeignete Abwechslung bieten. Für unsere Familie perfekt 🥰abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt von der freundlichen Begrüßung von Geert, der jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche! 🍀

Heel ruim en aangenaam huis. Ondanks de zeer dichte buren is het er erg rustig, zelfs op het terras. We waren met 5 vriendinnen en vonden het huis zeer ruim en gezellig. De buurt is mooi en aantrekkelijk, en ver genoeg van het centrum om alle rust te hebben en toch op een fijne afstand om snel en veilig naar het centrum te wandelen. Voor 5 volwassenen waren de bedden niet optimaal en is het huis eerder aan te raden voor gezinnen (met kinderen dus), denken we, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Omdat iemand van ons allergisch was aan geurverspreiders, waren Fran en Anabel zo vriendelijk om de overal te verwijderen, waarvoor onze oprechte dank. Fijne en heldere communicatie ook, en duidelijke instructies voor de aankomst met het sleutelkastje. Merci!

Johanna's house is lovely and homey! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The area is calm and well connected to the centre and the house has everything you might need! Thank you for having us!

Wir haben uns hier eine paar Tage Auszeit gegönnt, das Anwesen hat viel Privatsphäre um die Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus liegt im bewaldeten Gebiet zwischen Bergen und Bergen aan Zee. Bergen ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um zu Bummeln und Essen zu gehen. Man kann von hier aus, Radtouren durch die Dünen ans Meer unternehmen, Verleih ist von hier aus kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, hell und lichtdurchflutet. Wir wurden nett persönlich empfangen, im Haus hat man alles was man benötigt. Wir kamen sogar in den Genuss die Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern zu probieren. Da wir öfters in der Umgebung sind, werden wir dieses gemütliche Cottage gerne wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het huis van Fleur. Zeer compleet ingericht huisje, ook zaken die je niet zo snel verwacht zoals schort, pleisters, zaklamp..... goed geregeld. Prima bed ook! De omgeving is ronduit fantastisch. Vanuit het huis direct in het bos met fietsroutes in alle richtingen. Kortom, et was een prachtige week.

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Karen was able to meet us at her house and walked us through. The location is perfect to explore the city. Bus 22 is right in front of the property and can get you to many places. We enjoyed our stay.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

We (me, my wife and our five months old baby) stayed in the apartment for two months, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was ideal for a longer stay with a phenomenal location, amazing garden, and a very helpful and welcoming host family. They lend us things for the baby, responded quickly to all our requests, helped when we had visiting family and made us feel at home from the beginning. We can highly recommend renting this apartment, especially if you want to stay in Delft for a longer period.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben direkt am Strand, einmal über die Straße und die Aussicht morgens toll. Strandbars zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles tiptop. Marcel und seine Frau helfen bei allem, sind sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben das Elektroboot von Marcel ausgeliehen und eine Tour über die Kanäle und See gemacht. Es war herrlich. Marcel hat uns dabei gut eingewiesen. Vielen Dank!

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.
