Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

We, with three couples, had a wonderful time in the house. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and out. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Very nice accommodation right in the center of Mariazell. Free parking about 150m from the house, or paid directly in front of the entrance. Ute and Karl were very accommodating hosts.

The apartment is superbly located, very large and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed it very much. The only drawback was that the curtains in the bedroom do not darken the room.

Eric is, as other reviews say, the perfect host. He received us personally and provided local recommendations. The place is very cozy and close to public transportation. The neighborhood is can also be explored on foot. One cannot go wrong with Eric's place.

An accommodation that I would 100% recommend, clean, very cozy - we immediately felt super comfortable in this beautiful old building. The communication was also unbeatable, things we still needed were brought to us immediately and the hosts were super sweet and friendly. Gladly again!

Location and apartment is fantastic

The charming Teresa welcomed us as friends and our unexpected late arrival was not a problem for her. We felt very comfortable in this large Duplex apartment, a real little whole house that is part of the whole, imposing. The house and garden are very well maintained, very pleasant. It's quiet, you can't hear the cars, with views of the greenery... there is even a space in the garden, to eat, to read, to relax... Teresa and her husband are very discreet and at the same time attentive to the well-being of their guests. The proximity to Vienna is a great advantage in addition... a short half-hour drive to the P+R square... in just 20 minutes, you are in the city centre with the U1 metro. We had wonderful stays in Vienna and at Teresa's. We'll always be happy to go back.

Very lovely apartment, close to the river. The nearby metro made it easy to get into the city centre. The apartment had everything necessary close by (shop, ice cream place, bakery, pharmacy ect). Ideal location if you want to be close to the Danube!

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

Elke's accommodation was furnished with love and very clean. We lacked nothing in the small kitchen. The tips from Elke and her husband helped us a lot and their cordiality did us good. Our dog and we liked it very much in the quiet area. We would definitely come a second time and have told friends and family about it.

What a great place! Armin’s place was so beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. From a hair dryer to every cutlery and cooking utensils, it felt right at home. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The piano was a nice touch as well. Armin was so responsive and answered any question I had. Great place, so worth the price, would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again. I’m very pleased.

A great apartment in the heart of the city. Extremely convenient location close to most sights, so no time is wasted on long journeys on foot or by transport. Large selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was perfect, the best I've had so far for all my stays elsewhere. Janine was very understanding and allowed us to check in and out flexibly according to our flight times. The apartment looks like the pictures, it's even more spacious. The shower in the bathroom has a place to hang, which is very convenient. I definitely recommend it.
