Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located almost 1000 metres above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, covering a total area of about 340 m². Large fenced garden and forest with a terrace and barbecue facilities. Affordable shuttle to the train station and all important places in the area. The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. We have a well-equipped playroom for children.

Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometres of slopes, is a 5-minute drive away. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view.
