The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts and consists of an anteroom, a large bedroom and a small bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a kitchen-living room with full equipment. All rooms are separately accessible from the anteroom. From the kitchen-living room, you can go directly to a 21 m² wooden terrace in the front yard. In front of the house is a free parking space, Wi-Fi everywhere, garden view.

In the lowest part of our approximately 100-year-old detached house is a small, independent apartment with separate entrance and access to the garden. Small but nice and quiet location. In a one-minute walk you are in the beautiful Vienna forest and in 5 minutes at the train station, from which it is possible to reach Vienna within about 20 minutes. The most pleasant place can accommodate 2 adults and 1 to 2 children, but up to 4 adults could also stay here overnight.

The 40 m² apartment with a west-facing balcony is new and modern. It is perfect for stays during a training or for a quiet spa stay and is also close enough for a city trip to Vienna. All essential places are within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, parks, the pedestrian zone with the historic core, the Roman thermal baths, the casino or Arnulf Rainer Museum on Josefsplatz. The city bus stops right at your doorstep. Couple stay on request.

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

This 51m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to two adults, either in a 160cm bed or in two separate 80cm beds. If the basement location doesn't deter you, this retreat offers everything you need for a short stay or temporary accommodation. There are numerous shopping options in the immediate vicinity, as well as the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, the sports center, the Okanagan Sports School, the NV soccer stadium, etc.

The villa is located in an idyllic green area at the foot of the Maurer mountain, away from the road on a hill. The apartment faces south and east and offers a beautiful balcony overlooking the impressive, centuries-old trees of the approximately 5000 m² park as well as the picturesque Vienna Woods.
