An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Das 70m² große exquisite Haus mit Terrasse befindet sich direkt an einem 3,5 ha großen See und besteht aus 2 Ebenen. Im EG erwartet Sie eine neu eingerichtete Wohnküche, von der Sie ihren Blick auf den See schweifen lassen können. Durch den anschließenden Wohnbereich gelangen Sie auf die Terrasse. Dort können Sie es sich bei einem Glas Wein von den umliegenden Weinkellern gemütlich machen und den Blick auf den See genießen. Im OG befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Pers. sowie 1 Badezimmer/WC.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Eating, sleeping, cooking, showering......all in the smallest space, without having to sacrifice the usual comforts. You can relax in the garden, sit by the pond or go for a walk, but also visit the swimming pond which is very close by. Jaidhof is also the ideal starting point for excursions to the Waldviertel or in the other direction to Krems/Danube or the Wachau. (Travel time 20 minutes)

Keth’s trailer in the nature

If you need a break from everyday life and wanna come back to nature, then this hut is perfect. It is more then only a place to sleep. Keth’s trailer in the nature, is hand made by Stefan. It has two double beds, a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) there is electricity in it. There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. Smoking is not allowed indoor.
