Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Parking below the house is free of charge. Artist accommodation.

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
