A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a cozy box-spring couch (permanent sleeper). End the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. A private parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.

A stone's throw to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse (Karli) with lots of pubs and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.

My flat is a five minute walk away from the stadium (Red-Bull Arena) and a fifteen minute walk away from the city centre. It is located near the beautiful canal Elstermühlgraben and the city port. The flat is of high quality and well equipped.
