At about 108m², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people can sleep. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat screen TV. You will find alpaca quilt that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the meadow due to the large window surfaces. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also located in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The daylight bathroom with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer completes the overall look. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is southwest facing for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair access (staircase). Towels, bed linen and dishtowels are included. WiFi and parking are free.

Wir haben Esel, Rinder,Hühner,Gänse,Laufenten,Schafe,Wachteln&Katzen.Natürlich dürft ihr täglich bei der Tierversorgung mithelfen & alle unsere tierischen Bewohner kennenlernen. Ponyreiten extern im Nachbarort buchbar.

We rent a complete vacation home in a great location with views over the Elbe Valley near Meissen. The house was renovated and newly furnished in 2020. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Available rooms include: 1 x living room; 1 x kitchen; 1 x bathroom; 3 x bedrooms; 1 x basement area The house is surrounded on two sides by a terrace. Outside there is a beautiful garden with lawn, barbecue area and a fireplace. Cars can be parked in a carport.

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. It is possible to create additional sleeping accommodations. Just talk to us!

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The apartment "Frühlingswiese", on our lovingly restored former farm, is located in a quiet location in the Zaschendorf district, in Meißen. Only 20 km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, enjoy pure nature. Use our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer at the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are welcome - they have their own playground, a sandbox and our cat is looking forward to petting.

Here you are embedded in the apartment , where you can enjoy the tranquility, away from large traffic arteries and in relative seclusion. We ask for understanding that we do NOT want to accept rental to commercial clients. NO MECHANIC ROOMS !

Relax with the whole family at this idyllic place in the middle of nature. The apartment is in the attic of the residential building of a lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

You can experience a very special overnight experience on our historic threshing machine. With a lot of love for detail, we have preserved this old agricultural machine from falling apart and transformed it into a cozy accommodation. The small sleeping cabin accommodates two people. Enjoy the view of the countryside and look forward to fresh eggs for breakfast!
