The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

We rent our small, cozy vacation home, which is located right on the edge of the forest in nature. The guest house is ideal for 2 adults and small families (+2 children) who want to relax and unwind from the stress. There is also space for 4 adults who want to hike through the adjacent vineyards for a weekday excursion. In the Elbe Valley, you can also make a lot of trips by bicycle. We look forward to seeing many friendly, respectful and tidy guests.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

The cozy apartment is located in a recently renovated, listed building, which belongs to a small two-sided courtyard. Natural building materials and materials were used, old beams and doors convey authenticity. The train station and the historic old town of Meissen are within walking distance. The Elbe Cycle Path is 150 meters away. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The neighborhood is quiet and very green due to the many trees.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Then you go hiking, or sit on the terrace and make a campfire. After a guided tour of the grounds of our community at Schloss Gersdorf, we will let you sink into your beanbag and continue to ponder the meaning of life! Irritable is the new organic!

"Haus An den Eiben" Patio Specksteinofen parks

The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the Klíny family sports complex and cross-country/cycling trails. There are only two cabins in a close neighborhood. With us you will find complete facilities for a long winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend getaway with friends or family. In winter, you can't get to the cottage, you have to leave your car parked in a 300 m away parking lot.

The four of you get a lot in our 106 sqm duplex oasis. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace. In the well-equipped large kitchen, which also has two seats, you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a bathtub. The whole thing is rounded off with a nice quiet garden area with terrace and BBQ.
