Weißeritz apartment (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen and a cellar. In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.
