If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district of Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

It's getting cold - time for a sauna and a break. From your cosily heated car, you look out at a dreamy landscape in hibernation, come to rest and think about what to do next. "Haus An den Eiben" Patio Specksteinofen parks

The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favourite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 square meters. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you can also quickly get to the highway to explore the surroundings.
