Sittard is not a bustling city, but a nice base. A small historical centre; worth a visit. Maastricht is easy to travel to by train. Great location🌻

Thank you for a wonderful weekend among girlfriends! The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The modern kitchen is super equipped, so it was a lot of fun to cook. The spacious living-dining area has very comfortable seating furniture, lots of games and information flyers. The bedrooms are also very good: comfortable beds, large windows with insect screen and shutters. Large bathroom, separate toilet. The highlight of course is the lovingly landscaped garden with conservatory. Here it was good to endure with a glass of wine in the evening 😉 Our special thanks of course to Fien and François! The contact was very nice from the beginning, a warm welcome, many tips for excursions in the area. Our physical well-being was also taken care of - we were really spoiled! Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

The holiday apartment was very pleasant, high-quality furnishings, with well-maintained houseplants and a terrace with a blooming flower bed and a view of the countryside. The bed was just right, not too soft, and it was so quiet that you could leave the window open at night. There was a lot of storage space in the large wardrobe, but also in the bathroom. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, so you felt comfortable right away. Marie-Anne and her husband were very friendly and always had time for us. We were able to park our e-bikes in the lockable shed and were also allowed to charge them there. The area around the castle was very green, and yet you could be in Voerendaal in 5 minutes by bike.

It was a lovely stay! We enjoyed our stay at Happy Horses. Everything was perfect: a complete kitchen, nice bathroom and a warm welcome from the hostess and one of the horses. The area is beautiful - we have done many beautiful bike rides around Hamont-Achel We even left a small painting as a souvenir. A place to look back on with a smile!

We have now been to Alex and Nuran's place for the second time. And nothing has changed in our positive experience. The accommodation is very well equipped and meets our requirements exactly. During our stay, the first heat wave of the year prevailed, but the apartment was pleasantly tempered. Our dog feels comfortable, too. So what more could you ask for?! We will book again:)

We had a fantastic weekend. Iris and Robert are very friendly people who communicate very clearly. We also appreciate the flexibility for arrival and departure. Upon arrival, we were spoiled with delicious vlaai. The apartment is spacious and brand new, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is a wonderful shower. We could enjoy a beautiful and quiet private terrace in the garden. Our bikes were safely in the garage. You can take beautiful bike rides in the area. We'd love to come back!

We have enjoyed this lovely and very spacious apartment. You can also relax on the private terrace outside and enjoy the peace and the birds chirping. The owners are super hospitable and very caring. We were brought our breakfast in the apartment all weekend, table was set. That really felt like pampering! In the restaurant also deliciously eaten after a long bike ride through the beautiful surroundings. The young lady and young man who also worked there during the weekend were also super friendly. Compliments to them too!

The apartment is really well equipped and exactly as described in the pictures and the ad. Since we only spent one night there, we were only there briefly, but the apartment really offers everything you could need and was very clean. A folder with extensive suggestions and information about the area was also available.

A nice welcome with clear explanations, they helped us carry the stuff upstairs. A booklet with activities and restaurants in the area that the hosts themselves also recommend. This is very nice to get ideas. Beautiful accommodation with beautiful views of the garden when you are in bed. Delicious and beautiful kitchen to cook in and the sofa is comfortable to read on. Unfortunately, the television in the living room worked a little slower, but the one in the bedroom worked well. Unfortunately, the curtains let in a lot of light early on, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. It was a wonderful stay full of relaxation and fun activities in the village itself.

We spent nine days in this fantastic bed and breakfast. We were particularly fascinated by the garden, what grows there and how lovingly everything was combined, just great. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and having good and fun conversations with Maria and Pieter Jan, a treat. Both are very attentive and kind, give good tips and Maria's breakfast in the morning was always a highlight. The apartment is cozily and tastefully furnished. We felt like at home here. Very nice contact! I am more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace. First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.

We had a very nice weekend! Maastricht is easily accessible by train. You are calm, tidy and everything was in order.
