Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. A newly furnished kitchen with all kinds of amenities and adjoining the sitting area with TV and WiFi. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

If you are looking for a little break, you are in the right place with us! After a hike or bike ride, a modern and comfortable wellness oasis awaits you. Total cocooning! Here you can vacation in its purest form. The Dutch tub offers some adventure for young and old (you have to heat it yourself with wood and watch the fire, perhaps with an aperitif? Overall, the heating process takes +-4 hours depending on the season! Please note: not possible in case of frost. Maximum 1 dog

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond city centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
