Het huis van 1910 is gebouwd in MERGEL, de kalkzandsteen die uit de Sint-Pietersberg gewonnen werd, die nu beschermd is als natuurgebied. Met veel zorg voor detail helemaal gerenoveerd in 2020-2021. We hebben maximaal de authentieke elementen en materialen hergebruikt, gecombineerd met de modernste technieken, en heel architecturale, strakke elementen. Sauna in.

A holiday home completely renovated in 2023 in Burgundian Limburg (BE). It is located in the holiday park de Sonnevijver in Rekem, on the edge of the national park de Hoge Kempen. There are also nice cities a short distance away. For example, the center of Maastricht is a 10-minute drive and Maasmechelen village shopping center is a 15-minute drive. The cottage is fully available for the guests. For example, there is a fire bowl, tandem bicycle, LP player, TV, radio and guitar.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

The Double Point House

Away from the regular vacation parks. No crowds of people, no traffic, no noise. Lots of beautiful nature, fish ponds, endless hiking and biking trails, and nice restaurants nearby. The Double Punthuisje is a unique A-frame cabin completely renovated with natural materials and a lot of luxury, including a private garden with hot tub. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.
