Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Pets on request.

Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing. The cottage in a great location.
