Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. The property is centrally located in Colyford with a great pub and village shop a few hundred yards away plus a cycling hub cafe just two minutes walk. The room has an external entrance from the car park and is not accessible from the owners accomodation. Car Parking and Wifi included
