At a cost of SEK 200/night, a nearby cottage on the property can also be used as a sleeping place for an additional person.

Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023.
