Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mälaren

Wonderfully quiet, idyllic location! We were very happy to use the private jetty.. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings of the house super authentic.. in general, we felt very, very comfortable!!

Thank you for a super nice stay. We will definitely come back and I already have several friends who want to book after they have seen the pictures and description of our stay. Great place!

Our stay at Hans and Lena's place was very pleasant. The house exactly matches the photographs and description, it is very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. It is easy to get around by public transport: a few minutes' walk from the house there is in fact the bus stop that takes 30/40 minutes to Stockholm. The surroundings of the house are quiet and the view of the canal is very evocative. Unfortunately, due to schedules, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Hans and Lena in person, but we met the son, very helpful. In any case, hosts were always available via phone and provided us with all the necessary information.

We had a great weekend in Hummelvik! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and very cozy decorated houses. There were many different places to sit, which meant that you could adapt to the weather but still be outside. Basting and then throwing yourself into the sea was the highlight! Very fun for the kids to play on the rocks and the jetty. Kristoffer was very nice, left good and clear information and always responded quickly! We would be glad to come back ☀️

You will need to go there to believe how truly beautiful this place is. We are a family of five and spent a wonderful week on Viggsö Island. We have never had a better host than Harry, extremely friendly, helpful, and always available! We would love to come back one time.

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

We had the most lovely stay at the sea cottage. It was a bastion of rest and relaxation. We could not stop looking out over the beautiful sea views. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful place in the Tynningö. The best part by far was the view — wide open sea, fresh air, and large cruise ships slowly passing right in front of the house. It was like watching a moving postcard! One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub overlooking the sea. Sitting in the warm water while watching the sunset or seeing ships glide past was an unforgettable experience — calm, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. The house is simple and cozy, with all the essentials you need. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable — and honestly, the view and outdoor experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the best of the Swedish archipelago.

We enjoyed an absolutely relaxing weekend at Olle’s beautiful hut at the lake. Our plan was to escape city life and enjoy nature, which we could do perfectly in the cozy hut. The access to the water and a sauna right next to it was all it took for us to feel like home and we enjoyed the time a lot and we felt like home. Perfect for reconnecting with nature, enjoy the beautiful garden and the amazing company of our two lovely hosts. Very easy going people and are down for a quick and interesting chat when you wish to. Very thoughtful and welcoming!

Very pleasant accommodation in a beautiful location on the water. Fully equipped. In the morning we had nice coffee with a croissant. We were allowed to use the sup and canoe. Very friendly hosts

Brilliant long weekend stay. Beautiful cabin right on the water, we made use of the kayaks daily! Amanda was a responsive and friendly host, we would definitely recommend this stunning place.

Vilhelm's farm is incredibly nice and is private and quiet. Charming cottage with nice decor and beautiful garden. Close to water (even if you have to cross a road) and all the amenities you might need. We enjoyed the sauna and were happy to be able to grill our dinner. Vilhelm was very hospitable and concerned that we would have a good time. Our warmest recommendations!

The reception was very warm with flowers on the table. The location is unique. You can have breakfast with a view of the lake and then use SUPs and canoes. The house also offers enough space for four people and is very comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation without reservation. Pure Sweden feeling!
