In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Newly renovated cottage in a historic environment close to the city center.

Welcome to our guest house. The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
