On a large sunny plot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area close to nice forest walks, swimming, shopping and good connections to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Next to the area, there is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find a pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upper floor with all the amenities needed for pleasant socializing. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest house.

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

My’s garden in Trosa

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Den varsamt bevarade interiören för tankarna till en svunnen tid Torpet är omgivet av hästhagar i en klassisk herrgårdsmiljö. Här har bla författaren Jan Fridegård bott och låtit sig inspireras av naturens skönhet. Du är bara en kort bilresa från Uppsala, Stockholm. Här får du det bästa av två världar! En upplevelse!

From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

With just under 2 km to Taxinge Castle, there are good opportunities to experience the "tile castle" through a walk or short drive. The Metro station is only a 5-minute walk, and you get straight to Södermalm 'Soho' in just ten minutes! The lake is only a short walk from the apartment and in the summer you can swim, grill or go jogging there!
