Around the cottages, you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10-minute walk through the forest, you can get down to a lake with a barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: This is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

The property is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports field, etc. It's a great fit for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on a business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6kr/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).
