Completely renovated apartment of about 36 m2 in the turn of the century with living room and well equipped kitchen. Bedroom with bed, 160 cm and a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 extra person Work place with comfortable work chair. This special place is close to everything in little charming Lund, making it easy to plan your stay here. 10 minutes walk to the middle of the city center. The apartment is on the second floor of large villa, built in 1901. Large garden with many different rooms! A peaceful and enjoyable oasis!

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. It is fine for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on the business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6 SEK/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
