Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

Accommodation outside the city center in central Lund. Close to park, gym, swimming and shopping. 10 minutes to the train that takes you to Malmö. Ice rink and soccer fields nearby. There is a Coop and Lidl within walking distance. Also, nice pizzeria. Since my daughter and I live in the apartment on a daily basis, there will be private things in it during your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bed and one single bed. There are two inflatable mattresses and sofa if you are more people staying.

The property is located upstairs and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase (not handicapped accessible). Welcome to our lovely vicarage!
