Fantastic farmhouse II in Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones... including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building. Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

The vacation home half is in a quiet location. On the ground floor, there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom being a walk-through room for the bedroom behind it. The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen." For 5 years we are successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people who would have liked to have booked our whole house. That's why we decided to make our entire house nice guests available from Easter 22.
