Sunny apartment in a hillside location

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

At the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a wardrobe, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. Toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for them. A large glass front with glass door opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.
