There is a lockable bicycle room with battery charging facilities that belongs to the apartment!

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Lake Constance residence is the perfect starting point for cultural experiences, hikes, bike rides, trips around Lake Constance, to the Allgäu or to the Bregenz Forest. 500 m away, Lake Constance invites you to activities. For bathers, but also for culinary enthusiasts and sports enthusiasts, the "Swabian Sea" offers a rich offer. Whether you are a family looking to relax, a sporty group or a couple who appreciate time together, you can create lasting memories here.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
