The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
