Kick back and relax in a quiet and central location in the middle of the Rhine Valley. You are booking 2 houses right next to each other. Our architect-designed terraced houses RHaa A + B impress with quality, minimalism and generous open spaces (4 terraces) with space for 10 people each (max. 20 people in total). We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort.

Here, where fox and deer literally say good night, is our newly built holiday home with a feel-good factor. Each of the 3-4 bedrooms captivates with exceptional views. Accents, but also a beautiful, simple design, characterized by natural materials and sustainability are very important to us. A place to feel good and recharge your batteries. Studio 154 is adjacent to Hus 154.

Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
