A 9km des plages de Contis et du Cap de l'Homy et 2km du bourg de Lit vous pourrez choisir de vous déplacer en voiture ou de prendre le vélo. La forêt landaise est accessible directement en sortant de la maison pour profiter d'agréables balades. Pour ceux qui préfèreront rester à la maison vous disposerez de tout le confort : TV 4k connectée, Wifi, piscine 10x5, terrasse de 100m², barbecue à gaz, terrain clos.

Ce logement est conçu pour les familles. Propos préalables importants : Cette maison de famille (qui se situe à côté de notre maison et de nos deux gites existants et déjà exploités appelés "les coquillages") ne sera louée qu'aux familles qui respectent le calme des lieux y compris dans la zone piscine. Aucune réservation ne sera accordée pour des fêtes entre amis. Le ménage est effectué par vos soins. La villa est rendue dans le même état qu’au départ. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll überwiegend mit antiken Möbeln der Region eingerichtet. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Ausblick auf den Waldrand macht das gemeinsame Kochen bei Sonnenuntergang zum Vergnügen. Für romantische Abende sorgt der offene Kamin. An kühlen Herbst- und Wintertagen spendet der Holzofen Wärme und Gemütlichkeit.

La piste cyclable à 50m vous permettra de rejoindre les immenses plages en quelques minutes (1.5km). Vous pourrez profiter entre amis ou en famille d'une villa spacieuse (3 chambres) et d'une grande terrasse (salon de jardin). Une cheminée pourra également réchauffer vos vacances hivernales.
