Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner, and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in Obsteig. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need. Because it is located in the basement, it is of course a little darker, but it is nice and cool in summer temperatures. The family hotel, which is about 5 minutes away, is particularly noteworthy. My kids loved the play barn and the swimming pool. Without exception, all employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating when answering questions. We will be happy to come back!

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30-degree water temperature, ideal for small children. In addition, washing machines are available that can be used at a very fair price – very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

Cosy, small place with pretty much everything you need. We stayed there in spring, so dont know about how good its for skiers, but for us wanting to explore the surroundings - location was amazing and views great! Sauna and pool is great addition - great relaxation after long day of hiking. We totally recommend this place! The host was also nice and responsice

An all-round successful Easter holiday in Seefeld! We were allowed to spend a wonderful time with five people, a baby and our dog in the fantastically beautiful apartment with Michael and his family. The accommodation is super centrally located in Seefeld, is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and easy to feel good. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed – not only we adults but also our dog and especially our baby were absolutely welcome. When our little one was not well in terms of health, Michael was immediately there for us and supported us with great helpfulness and warmth. We were very touched by this. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay two days earlier due to illness – but we will definitely be back! Seefeld is a beautiful place in Tyrol with fantastic hiking opportunities and many good restaurants. We are still thrilled and say: Happy to come back!

Perfect apartment for two adults. We were there for 3 days for trail running. Great amenities. Brand new, renovated bathroom. Perfect location, quick walk to the village and supermarkets. Private parking. Quickly reach Garmisch or Seefeld by car. We also used the bus connection from Garmisch to Mittenwald and it was straightforward. Karin was super nice and welcomed us very kindly. Would love to come back!

This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were there for skiing. The ski bus is just 1 minute away. The place was great. All as described. Communication was easy and fast. The bread service was also great! Thanks again for that. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back

Our stay at Alexander's was perfect - peaceful and beautiful after time in the city and many hours of driving. We all wished we had more time there, sitting, looking out at the mountains, and listening to the stream. Heavenly!
