The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Small but nice, superbly renovated apartment in the heart of Seefeld for rent. The apartment consists of a 25 square meter living-bedroom. In the kitchen there is everything to prepare small delicacies (2-burner electric stove, microwave with baking function, toaster, coffee capsule machine (coffee capsules free) and French Press coffee maker, kettle). The bathroom has a barrier-free shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the Wetterstein Mountains.
