With the original layout of an 18th century finca, Las Pergolas was completely restored and enlarged by one of the island's most famous artists in the early 1970s in the style that made the island famous. Recently, it has undergone major renovations and adjustments to renovate it, while maintaining its unique character. The original large villa has been divided into independent apartments, each with outdoor space for exclusive use.
