Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double rooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a living room, a kitchen and an indoor Canarian courtyard. Outside, there's private parking, gardens, areas for leisure and reading, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can be adapted in a very cosy way for two people, who will feel right at home. However, bookings for special event celebrations are not allowed, and parties are not permitted. We also want to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house and share the pool terrace with our guests. Although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to enter and leave our house. We also share the interior courtyard area; it is a transit area for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children, as they have areas to run and play in, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player and a washing machine service for stays longer than one week... Bed linen and towels are available for stays longer than one week. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the centre of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health centre and, of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails that are part of the island's trail network. These trails offer wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transport stop less than five minutes away. From here, visiting the island is easy. It's almost in the centre, and the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away. These are ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a cosy place where the singing of birds will keep you company during your stay.

Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

EL NIDO-Nice apartment near the town center

El Nido is a very nice and comfortable apartment situated in a ideal quite residential area. The town center is only 15 min walking as well as the nearest beach of Playa Dorada. Nearest supermarket Aldi 10 min walking. It consists of 1 spacious bedroom (bed 180x200) ,1 main bathroom and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a sofa bed. Air conditioning, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, WI FI and a nice terrace where you can relax. Beach towels available.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

We are just 5km away from the airport and 8km from the capital of Arrecife. We are also within walking distance of the small town center of Tias, which has a few local bars and restaurants. And a short car, bus ride from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.
