Live centrally, with the supermarket right next door and still be on your own, after a great day of excursions sit with a glass of wine on the terrace, or swim a few laps in the solar-heated pool... that's how the vacation could be! :) And if you have to work, you can do so in the new, private office right by the pool. The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Riad Al Nassim is a unique rural house, in a rustic-Moroccan style, located in the charming village of Yé, at the foot of the Corona Volcano and surrounded by vineyards cultivated on volcanic ash. It has three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a cosy living room decorated with handcrafted furniture, Moroccan tiles and Arabic-inspired tiles. If it is not available or if you wish, you can also check out Riad Miqtaar, in the same area and of a similar style.

Central Location on the island and next to Lanzarote’s famous areas, the vineyards "la Geria" and the "Timanfaya" Nationalpark. There are beautiful hiking or cycling routes starting from the guesthouse. In 13min walking distance you reach our local restaurant “Teleclub”. Nearest supermarket is in Mozaga (5min drive).
