Located in San Eugenio, this beautiful and well-equipped apartment offers one bedroom, a full bathroom (with shower), and an additional toilet in the bedroom. The living room has a double sofa bed. The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.
