This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Charming newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It has all the basic utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area, where you will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxi... By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.

Sunnyland Villa Sueño Azul (Blue Dream)

A villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, and a beautiful garden with an unheated pool. In the south of Tenerife it is warm all year round so the pool can always be used, without the need for it to be heated. The villa has wifi and all the necessary amenities for a great stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.

The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week. We have outdoor camera for security. we´re responsible for ensuring that our listing is safe and compliant with safety regulations.
